Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

At TBF BEAUTY, we take pride in providing quality products and carefully inspecting every order before it is shipped. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

This policy applies to all products sold by TBF BEAUTY, including but not limited to:

Skincare products
Cosmetics
Body care products
Jewelry
Lashes
Fitness products
Accessories
Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:

Your order number
Your full name
Clear photos of the item(s)
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be approved.

If your claim is verified, TBF BEAUTY will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, TBF BEAUTY is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and an accurate shipping address.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before they can be resent.

TBF BEAUTY is not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they have been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Chargeback Policy

Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we ask that you contact our customer support team so we have the opportunity to resolve your concern.

Customers who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may have the following evidence submitted in response, including but not limited to:

Order confirmation
Payment authorization
Shipping confirmation
Tracking information
Delivery confirmation
Customer communications
Product photographs
Website policies accepted at checkout

Submitting a chargeback for a valid, delivered order without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with TBF BEAUTY may result in the customer being restricted from placing future orders.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, orders may be reviewed for fraud. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, cannot be verified, or is believed to present a risk of fraud.
